We've been camping and had a wonderful time. BUT it is so good be home again. (I've been told I'm a home-body).
Of course, when one gets home from vacation there is a lot of laundry and ironing to be done. So I've been busy with all of that.
I am also on the committee for putting together the 100th Anniversary Celebration for our church which is to be celebrated in November of this year. This is taking up alot of my time although I'm enjoying the work. We are in the midst of putting the booklet together - gathering information about the former pastors etc. Interesting reading......
It will be busy fall. We have two more time we will be camping and then with the celebration and all the other meetings beginning in the fall....... But it is good to be busy, right?

Welcome back! It is always busy when you come home.
About 15 years ago we celebrated our 75th at church and I helped. It really is interesting - but busy!

Glad you had a great time! Sounds like some busy-but-rewarding weeks ahead! I agree that discovering church history is so interesting, and a 100th anniversary is a special milestone!
I am happy that you had a wonderful time camping. I know how busy you are now with the laundry and getting back to normal routine, if there is such a thing now that you have so much to do with getting ready for your celebration. All of that will be so much fun!
