Tip for Tuesday
Sometimes cleaning a cheese grater is more time-consuming than shredding the cheese because of the cheesy coating that quickly accumulates on the sharp ridges. You can shorten the cleanup by spraying the grater with nonstick cooking spray before each use. Then use an old toothbrush to scrub the tiny spaces after you're done.

What a good idea! Those graters are so hard to clean.
That IS a great idea! Thanks for sharing.
