Memorial Day

A heartfelt thanks to all who gave of their time to keep our country safe.  A special blessing to those families who lost loved ones so we can be free.  Pray for our country; for those in authority over us that they will follow God's leading.  May God always find us faithful.

Feeling Blest............

I had a wonderful Mothers Day.  A time of worship and praise.   Delicious food, good conversation with our kids and grand kids.   Received 3 beautiful baskets of flowers.  Beautiful weather.......I couldn't have wished for anything more.  Hope you all had a wonderful day too.

A friend is a person who goes around saying nice things about you behind your back.

An evening of worship & praise

We went to Fair Haven church in Jenison this evening for a Guy Penrod concert.  Guy was with the Bill Gathier Band for many years.  He is now on his own traveling around the U.S. singing God praises.  It was an evening to remember.  What a talent!

Thought for Thursday

It is very easy to forgive others their mistakes; it takes more grit and gumption to forgive them for having witnessed your own.
