TIP FOR TUESDAY
Remove blood stains on clothing. Soak the stain in Coke until the stain is dissolved. Then wash the clothing as usual. Wash before the Coke dries.

WELCOME RAIN
Sunday we had beautiful rain showers which made the field corn perk up again. The lawns are turning green again and everything looks beautiful. God is good!

Extend the life of flower in vase - Add a few drops of bleach to vase water to prevent build-up of the slime cased by bacteria. It works like chlorine in a swimming pool.

TIP FOR TUESDAY
Hide your PIN within a phone number.
It's tough to remember all your PIN numbers for bank cards, phone cards, and whatnot. Of course, it's not a good idea to write the PIN on the card itself. And it's not practical to carry small slips of paper with the number written on it everywhere you go. But you can use a simple trick to keep track of all your PIN numbers. Enter fake names in your address book and list what appear to be phone numbers - but are actually PIN numbers - beside it.

Sunday Was A Busy Day....
We went to First Jenison CRC for worship this morning. First Jenison is my brother Al's church. Al celebrated his 80th birthday with cake and coffee at the church after the worship service. This is the brother who had his second open-heart surgery about 3 months ago. There was a time when we were not sure he would be here for his birthday. So this was a very special day for him and his family. His children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren were present for worship and fellowship as well. What a fun time everyone had. Of course, I did not take my camera so I don't have any pictures to show.

TIP FOR TUESDAY
Cleanse your hair with baking soda. Your hair has become a gathering place for old hair spray, gel, and other residue. Strip away the film in your hair with baking soda. Just blend a little baking soda with your regular shampoo. You can also try mixing baking soda with water and massaging it into your hair before you shampoo. Just be careful not to get any baking soda in your eyes.

It's Monday!
Are you excited that it is Monday? I am. We had a quiet week-end and so I am ready to continue with the week. I do volunteer work today at the local Love store. I meet some ready neat people and I enjoy it very much.
