Put several liners in the wastebasket at once.  When the basket is full, take out the trash in the top liner, leaving the liner underneath already in place.  (I use plastic bags from the grocery store to my smaller wastebaskets.)    Saving money.

Here's a great way to save time in finding the beginning of an already started roll of tape--just place a toothpick under the end each time you finish using it.
