My Morning Request
I asked the Lord to bless me
As I began my day.
To open up my heart to all
I meet along the way.
I gave thanks unto my God
When daylight turned to night,
Hoping I had pleased my God
In doing what was right.
It makes the workload easier
When sharing with a friend,
Who is part and parcel of your life
Until the very end.

This is the way to have a good day, although I don't always succeed in the praying through the day!
This is the only way to live. There is a song that says, "I can't even walk without Him holding my hand."
