TIP FOR TUESDAY

We like to include fish in our diet.  When buying frozen fish, check for frost inside the package.  If it exists, the fish has probably been thawed and refrozen, which reduces its quality.  Also avoid fish with white, cottony blotches.  This indicates freezer burn.

Fish is good for you, but I've never really liked it. Too often when I make it, it has that fishy taste. Maybe this is part of the problem - freezer burn and refreezing.
