Our Bible study group put together boxes of goodies for our college students who live on campus.
We have 8 kids enrolled in college who live on campus. Each lady in our group came with a few items to pack for the kids.
Last year we did this too. We also packed a box for our one serviceman who is stationed in Afghanistan.
The kids appreciate it and we love doing it. We are trying to show that our young people and our servicemen are very important to us and our church.

What a nice idea. It's important to make the kids feel that they are special in the church and I bet they really appreciated it. I'm sure your serviceman was touched by it too!
How fortunate your college children are as well as the servicemen to be thought of in such a meaningful way.
