Tip for Tuesday

Boiling Pasta -  Cook more pasta than you need.  After draining, toss the extra pasta lightly with olive oil, and store it in a zip-lock plastic bag in the refrigerator up to three days.  Reheat the pasta in boiling water just until thoroughly heated.   Enjoy!

Good idea! I've made extra rice and frozen it, but never tried this with pasta.
