Being Where God Wants You To Be

I received the following e-mail today. I'm sure many of you have read it before but I think it bears repeating:

The Little Things
As you might remember, the head of a company survived 9/11
because his son started kindergarten.
Another fellow was alive because it was his turn to buy donuts.
One woman was late because her alarm didn't go off on time.
One was late because of being stuck in traffic because of an auto accident.
One of them missed the bus.
One spilled food on her clothes and had to take time to change.
One's car wouldn't start.
One couldn't get a taxi.
One put on a new pair of shoes that morning, took the various means to get to work but before he got there, he developed a blister on his foot.
He stopped at the drug store for a band-aid.
Now when I am stuck in traffic, miss an elevator, turn back to answer a ringing phone
all the little things that annoy me,
I will think to myself, this is exactly where God wants me to be
at this very moment.
Have a safe and happy weekend.

That's a good way to think of things. I get frustrated when I'm stuck in traffic and next time I will remember this!

Thanks for reminding us that "where God wants me to be" is the very best place to be!

Yes, I saw this floating around and I love it! It helps us know that God knows where each one of us is and He cares.
